Timeframe: The initial turn around time for this service is between 7-14 business days. Please note: The stated timeframe does not include the revision process.

SUBMIT INFORMATION STEPS

• After purchasing, ALL content and wording must be submitted via email to info@digitaldollhub.comwith the subject line: (ADD NAME) PRODUCT DESIGN
• Please have ALL information ready and typed before purchasing (SCREENSHOTS NOT PERMITTED)
• Please submit HIGH quality images for a perfect design
• Time Frame Begins when ALL information is submitted via email

 REVISIONS: 

• This service includes 3 complimentary revisions, which may consist of font, color, or placement changes.
• Any additional revisions beyond the three provided will incur a fee of $25 per revision.
• All services are non-refundable.
• Each revision request requires an additional 4 business days for completion.

Files will come in: JPEG, PDF (Available upon request), and PSD ($25+).
