Digital Downloads

All digital products sold by Digital Doll Hub including templates, digital downloads, and courses are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these items, no exceptions will be made. Graphic Design Services:

• Projection Completion Turnaround

The initial turnaround time for all graphic services not including e-commerce website development is 7-14 consecutive business days. If for any reason you are needing your order expedited, a rush fee may be applied to your order which allows you to receive your order within 3 business days. Please note the turnaround time does NOT include weekends or any major holidays. 

• Payment & Refunds

We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments through our website. Full payment is required at checkout to begin your project. We DO NOT accept deposits or partial payments of any sort. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once production has began on your project.

Refund Policy: All payments made for design services are non-refundable once the project has begun. This is due to the time, resources, and creative work invested into each project. The only exception for a full refund is if you choose to cancel before any work has started on your project.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

• Communication & Ghosting 

Clients are required to submit all necessary content, brand details, and materials to the designer within 72 hours of booking via email. Failure to submit your information may result in an inconvenience fee. Delays in communication or submission of required materials may result in extended deadlines. If for any reason a client becomes unresponsive during an active project for more than 10 consecutive business days, this will result in a $100 restart fee to resume your project. 

If for any reason a client becomes unresponsive during an active project for more than 30 consecutive business days, this will result in your project being terminated with no refund, and you will not able to book with Digital Doll Hub in the future.

• Design Files & Ownership

Upon completion of the project, the client will receive the final agreed-upon design files in the appropriate formats (such as PNG, JPG, or PDF). Additional files such as (PSD and SVG files) remain the property of the designer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If for any reason the client requests copies of the additional files, a fee of $25 will be applied. 

Digital Doll Hub retains the right to showcase completed work for promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes unless a Copyright Transfer Agreement has been signed. 

• Revisions & Redesigns

Each project includes a number of three complimentary revisions, as outlined in your proposal. Revisions include minor adjustments to your project such as color, font, or layout changes. Any request beyond the included revisions that deviate from the original agreed-upon concept, will be treated as additional work and will incur a fee of $15 per revision. 

Please note that redesigns involve major layout or concept changes and will be subject to a $50 redesign fee. This policy does apply to all services listed on our website. Once a project is approved and files are delivered, any further edits will require a new redesign fee.
