Timeframe: The turn around time for this service is 7-14 business days unless you add on a rush order fee and DOES NOT include revision time, weekends, or major holidays. 

SUBMIT INFORMATION STEPS

• After booking, ALL content and wording must be submitted via email to info@digitaldollhub.com within 72 hours of booking to ensure production begins on time. 
  
• Only professional photos are acceptable for this service.
  

 REVISIONS: 

• This service includes 3 complimentary revisions, which may consist of font, color, or layout changes.
• Any additional revisions beyond the three provided will incur a fee of $15 per revision.
• All services are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
  

File Details:

Files will come in JPEG or PNG format only. PSD and PDF requested format will incur an additional fee $25.
